Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be focused on recruiting, selecting, and developing talented and diversified professionals to contribute to the success of Caris Life Sciences. The Talent Acquisition Partner will identify viable candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles in a growing sub-specialty healthcare organization with multiple locations and lines of business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Directly source, recruit and coordinate the placement of top talent needed to support our leadership. This will include sourcing for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Identify new and creative ways to source qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and provide guidance on recruitment process and market trends.
  • Partner with leaders on offer strategy, including salary recommendations, total rewards and closing approaches.
  • Deliver a high-touch, conceierge-level candidate experience from initial engagement to onboarding.
  • Coordinate on site interviews with leadership team and provide applicable follow up.
  • Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously across various metropolitan locations.
  • Participate in the full cycle recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools and practices.


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on strategic recruiting.
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting in several disciplines, ie. Life Sciences, Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing Workday as an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative recruiting support.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working with various teams and members of leadership cross-functionally.
  • Experience sourcing candidates via multiple sources and developing talent pipelines.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Applicant Tracking Systems and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a process driven environment.
  • Candidate must possess the ability to proactively problem solve and manage open positions that require a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
  • Able to manage a variety of wide variety of tasks and projects while maintaining timelines of delivery, quality of results, and maintain a calm demeanor in high pressure situations.


Physical Demands
  • Must possess ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must possess ability to perform repetitive motion.
  • Crouching and bending may be required when retrieving files.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

  • Willingness to work shift work and overtime is required.
