Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the Talent Acquisition team as well as full-cycle recruiting for technical Engineering roles across Research and Development and Operations/Manufacturing. The portfolio includes software, electrical, mechanical, biomedical, manufacturing, supply chain and related positions supporting the design, development, production, and continuous improvement of medical devices.

Core Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Hiring: Lead the entire recruiting process from intake meetings and job postings through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer development and negotiation, , and onboarding support.
Strategic Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using professional networks, job boards, and direct headhunting.
Business Advising: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, analyze the job market, conduct compensation analysis and set realistic salary expectations.
Employer Branding: Promote company culture and values to attract top-tier talent to the organization.
Process Improvement: Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill and improve workflows using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Actively participate as a member of the Biotronik global Talent Acquisition Community, to enable knowledge exchange, support, learning and lots of positive energy
Key Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake and sourcing through interviews, offer development and negotiation, pre-employment activities, and onboarding support for positions ranging from entry level through management.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
Minimum of two years of technical recruiting experience, experience in medical devices, high-tech manufacturing, or another regulated environment is preferred.
Find active and passive candidates using professional networks, job boards, and direct headhunting.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, analyze the job market, and set realistic salary expectations.
Experience with ATS platforms such as Success Factors and familiarity with HRIS systems.
Desire to continue to learn, grow and adapt with changing recruiting needs.
Affinity for high-tech and/or medical technology.
Very strong communication skills needed. High level of social and interpersonal IQ; ability to read people well necessary.
