In this hybrid role you will report to the Manager of People and Talent Acquisition Operations and be based out of Mountain View, CA.
You will:- Define, design, and execute strategic TA Operations roadmaps that streamline end to end recruitment workflows, scale operations, and enhance candidate experience.
- Serve as the strategic partner and system administrator for TA technology platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Gem, ServiceNow), leveraging automation and AI solutions to scare service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement of our TA technology stack by identifying gaps, evaluating processes, and creating impact in partnership across TA.
- Partner with People Analytics and TA Operations to establish key TA metrics, derive actionable insights from complex datasets, and enforce data integrity across systems.
- Oversee and partner with the TA Ops Team on testing and troubleshooting of new tools, systems, and processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Provide support and guidance throughout the implementation and training process. Ensure proper tool adoption and continuous operational improvement across TA.
- Partner with TA Leads and TA Ops on TA projects.
You have:- 6 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Program Management, or related operations roles in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end TA programs, system implementations, and process optimization initiatives at scale
- Deep functional expertise in Enterprise ATS administration (preferably Greenhouse), enterprise ticketing platforms (ServiceNow), and sourcing CRM tools.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate recruiting health, synthesize data using advanced spreadsheet/visualization tools, and influence executive stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex challenges, utilizing critical thinking, and analysis.
We prefer:- Proficiency with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, or advanced data visualization platforms.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments, global expansion projects, and employment compliance standards.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent project management certifications.
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
