About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead the strategy, systems,
analytics, and operational excellence that power our global recruiting organization. This role is responsible for building scalable recruiting infrastructure, enabling recruiters and hiring managers, driving AI-powered innovation, and delivering data-driven insights that improve hiring outcomes across the business.

What You'll Do
• Own the global recruiting technology ecosystem, including ATS administration,
integrations, reporting, automation, and vendor management.
• Develop the long-term Talent Acquisition Operations roadmap aligned with business
growth and recruiting strategy.
• Lead the responsible adoption of AI-enabled recruiting technologies to improve recruiter
productivity, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
• Design and standardize scalable recruiting processes across North America, EMEA,
APAC, and other global regions while ensuring compliance with regional employment
and privacy regulations.
• Partner with Finance, HR Business Partners, People Systems, Legal, IT, Procurement,
and business leaders on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and operational initiatives.
• Build executive dashboards and translate recruiting data into actionable business
insights.
• Develop recruiter enablement programs, hiring manager training, interview guides,
playbooks, and AI best practices.
• Continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experiences through process
optimization and service excellence.
• Lead enterprise change management for recruiting technology implementations and
process improvements.
• Drive operational excellence using automation, workflow optimization, and continuous
improvement methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations, data privacy requirements, and audit
readiness.

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition Operations, People Operations, HR Systems, or
Recruiting Operations experience supporting global organizations.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise ATS platforms such as Greenhouse,
Ashby, Lever, or Workday Recruiting. Bonus pts for Ashby experience!
• Experience implementing recruiting technologies, AI solutions, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building executive dashboards and influencing
decisions through data.
• Excellent program management, executive communication, and cross-functional
leadership skills.
• Knowledge of global employment practices, GDPR, CCPA, and recruiting compliance.
• Experience developing scalable documentation, enablement, and operational playbooks.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS organization.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with automation platforms such as Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier.

Success in the First Six Months
• Global recruiting workflows are standardized and adopted.
• Executive recruiting dashboards provide reliable self-service insights.
• Recruiter administrative work is reduced through AI and automation.
• Hiring manager and candidate satisfaction measurably improve.
• At least one enterprise recruiting technology or automation initiative is successfully
implemented globally.
