Citi is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of global recruiters supporting the US Consumer Cards and Wealth businesses, sitting within the Wealth & US Consumer Cards Talent Acquisition Management team. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution, partnering directly with senior business leaders and HR partners to deliver high-impact hiring across critical functions. Your work will shape the talent pipeline that drives two of Citi's most prominent consumer-facing businesses.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of global recruiting professionals, acting as the senior subject matter expert to drive performance, consistency, and quality across the team.
- Design and execute detailed talent acquisition strategies aligned to the needs of the US Consumer Cards and Wealth businesses, proactively building pipelines ahead of hiring demand.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business leaders, HR partners, function heads, and Managing Directors to fill key and senior-level positions.
- Leverage social media and digital sourcing channels to build and sustain robust talent networks within specialist function and business areas.
- Manage cross-regional candidate engagement, navigating international relocation considerations and leading mobility efforts across geographies.
- Partner with the Diversity team to manage structured slate processes and champion internal mobility across the business.
- Handle sensitive and confidential hiring matters with sound judgement, resolving complex situations through expertise and stakeholder influence.
- Uphold rigorous standards across all recruitment activity, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical conduct, while maintaining accountability across the team.
Required Qualifications & Skills- 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with demonstrated capability across the full hiring lifecycle.
- Experience managing or supervising a team of recruiting professionals in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Ability to build and execute recruiting strategies that meet complex, senior-level hiring needs across multiple business functions.
- Strong candidate identification and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate talent accurately and at pace.
- Working knowledge of compensation structures and their application to offer management and candidate negotiation.
- Clear and concise communicator, both in writing and verbally, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present recommendations with confidence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting consumer financial services, cards, or wealth management businesses from a talent acquisition perspective.
- Familiarity with international mobility processes and cross-regional recruitment practices.
