Full Job Description
Talent Acquisition Manager Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the development, implementation, and coordination of full-life-cycle recruitment strategies and processes designed to attract, hire, and retain top talent while leading the Talent Acquisition Team. This position is directly responsible for the employee lifecycle stages of sourcing, attraction and hiring, and will support the Human Resources Team with Onboarding and Retention of talent. This position is directly responsible for recruiting senior- and executive-level positions within the organization. In addition, this position will manage talent acquisition metrics, train hiring managers, and support other human resources and operations-related tasks and projects. The Talent Acquisition Manager will support the organization in meeting business objectives through effective recruitment of top talent that aligns with the vision, mission, values, and culture of the organization.   • Develop and execute comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies, processes, and programs aligned with the organization's business and workforce objectives.
  • Design and maintain effective, inclusive, and compliant hiring practices that attract, select, and support the retention of high-quality talent.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver consistent, efficient, and results-driven recruitment services.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions across the organization, ensuring the team delivers a timely, compliant, and positive hiring experience.
  • Personally lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, critical, and other key vacancies.
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition subject-matter expert for the applicant tracking system (ATS), partnering with the HRIS team to design and improve current- and future-state processes and optimize the end-user experience.
  • Analyze workforce trends and partner with business leaders to anticipate future staffing and employment needs.
  • Oversee pre-employment processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new employee.
  • Partner with the broader Human Resources team to support effective onboarding, engagement, and retention of top talent.
  • Develop and facilitate annual training, tools, and resources that equip hiring managers with effective recruitment and selection practices.
  • Establish and monitor Talent Acquisition key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process efficiency, hiring outcomes, and stakeholder experience. Use data, trends, and reporting to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies to support temporary and contingent workforce needs across the organization.
  • Manage agency utilization and related spending in accordance with approved budgets and business needs.
  • Lead and participate in company-wide and Human Resources projects beyond day-to-day recruitment operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Participate in all TVS SCS quality and excellence initiatives.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management or related field of study.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related Industry work including at least 5 years of demonstrated expertise in talent attraction, candidate assessment, and selection.
  • 2+ years of experience in a people leadership or management role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment policies and processes and applicable employment and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced expertise in applicant tracking system (ATS) administration and optimization.
  • Proven success in improving talent acquisition processes, enhancing the candidate experience, and reducing time to fill.
  • Experience providing strategic talent acquisition support across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects through successful completion.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee will often be required to walk the length of the warehouse floor several times in a single instance. The associate may occasionally be required to lift 15 pounds; anything greater than 15 pounds may require assistance. Work Environment This job is performed in a combination of office environment and warehouse environment with high forklift traffic. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners, and photocopiers. Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when in a warehouse location; additional requirements could be necessary per location requirements.
