Overview

This role leads end-to-end recruitment across North America, with a primary focus on leadership and Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring, including Sales, PreSales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other revenue-generating functions. 

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner closely with senior leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter with strong market insight, capable of building high-quality talent pipelines and delivering consistent hiring outcomes. 

Principal Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning 

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies for leadership and GTM roles  
  • Translate business priorities into proactive talent acquisition plans  
  • Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining for critical roles  

 

Full-Cycle Recruitment 

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for all North America-based roles, with a primary focus on GTM and Leadership roles. 
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, and passive candidate engagement  

 

ATS & Process Management 

  • Manage recruitment workflows within ICIMS, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes  
  • Track and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and key recruiting metrics  

 

Stakeholder Partnership 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders  
  • Provide insights on talent market trends, hiring challenges, and competitive positioning  

 

ATS & Process Optimization 

  • Co-lead recruitment operations through iCIMS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow efficiency 
  • Partner on optimizing recruitment processes, SLAs, and reporting to improve speed and quality of hire 

 

AI & TA Technology Enablement 

  • Support the adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing automation, talent intelligence platforms).  
  • Leverage data and AI insights to improve pipeline quality, hiring speed, and conversion rates.  
Position Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
