Description

Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads Cushing Terrell's recruiting function, splitting time between personally recruiting the firm's most strategic and senior hires and leading a team of recruiters. This is a newly created role that can be based remotely or in one of our Boise, Billings, Bozeman, Missoula, Denver, Seattle, or Austin offices.

What does this role involve day to day? Roughly half the role is spent personally owning full-cycle recruiting for leadership, principal, and other high-priority searches, and half is spent coaching and developing the recruiting team through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and hands-on skill building. What will you create? You will build the recruiting strategy, metrics, and systems that support Cushing Terrell's continued growth, partnering closely with the Chief People Officer, practice leaders, and Marketing along the way. Recruiting in professional services architecture and engineering is a specialized discipline in itself, and this role is built for someone who wants to shape it as the firm scales.

What does success look like in year one? Consistent recruiting metrics in place across the team, measurable improvement in time-to-fill, and a documented recruitment strategy that practice leaders and hiring managers can rely on.
