OverviewPositionThe Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across Moncler and Stone Island in the Americas, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across both corporate and retail functions.
Reporting to the
Talent Acquisition & Development Director, this role serves as a strategic recruitment partner, supporting workforce planning, employer branding, and talent acquisition initiatives that enable business growth, new store openings, and organizational excellence. The Talent Acquisition Manager combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, personally managing key searches while continuously improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition & Development Director and People & Organization leadership, this position helps execute the region's talent acquisition strategy while ensuring a consistent, high-quality hiring experience across both brands.
Your ImpactTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning- Partner with Talent Acquisition & Development Director, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs across corporate and retail functions.
- Execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities, workforce plans, and organizational growth.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for management, corporate, business-critical positions, and other roles as directed.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for key and difficult-to-fill positions through market mapping, networking, and relationship building.
- Provide hiring market insights and recruitment recommendations to business leaders and the Talent Acquisition & Development Director.
- Monitor recruitment activity and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Recruitment, Employer Branding & Candidate Experience- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding coordination.
- Deliver an elevated recruitment experience that reflects the standards and values of Moncler and Stone Island.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive talent through industry networks, referrals, professional organizations, and direct outreach.
- Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen Moncler and Stone Island's reputation as employers of choice.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, search partners, universities, and other talent sources.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, Company policies, and internal recruitment standards.
Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence - Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview methodologies, and hiring best practices.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
- Support agency partnerships and monitor recruitment expenditures within approved budgets.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition & Development Director to support recruitment planning for new store openings, organizational changes, and business expansion initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership - Build trusted partnerships with leaders across Retail, Corporate, Wholesale, Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and other business functions.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy, candidate assessment, market conditions, and hiring best practices.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners to ensure seamless transitions from hiring through onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition & Development Director on workforce planning initiatives, executive searches, and critical hiring priorities.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, market intelligence, and hiring recommendations to key stakeholders.
Professional Conduct & Teamwork - Operate as a trusted advisor, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Foster collaborative partnerships while delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

QualificationsEducation- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Work Experience- 5-7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with responsibility for full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience recruiting corporate, retail management, and professional-level talent.
- Luxury retail, fashion, premium consumer, or hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver strategic hiring solutions.
- Experience working with executive search firms and external recruiting partners is preferred.

Compensation and BenefitsFor individuals hired to work in New York, Moncler provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. This range reflects the Company's good faith estimate and takes into account a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business needs, market conditions, candidate experience, skill set, and internal equity. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; paid parental leave; 11 paid holidays; up to 120 hours of accrued vacation; 2 personal days; 2 community service days; employee discounts; and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
This position requires an on-site presence of four days per week at the Moncler Corporate Office, located in SoHo, New York.
