About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced
Site Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing site in Baie D'Urfé. This role is critical to ensuring we attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, R&D and site support functions.
You will act as a trusted partner to site leadership, owning the local talent acquisition strategy & Recruitment Operations while aligning with regional and global TA frameworks. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, and operational recruitment delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership- Develop and execute a site-specific talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and workforce planning.
- Serve as the primary TA partner to Site Leadership and HR, advising on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent risks.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small on-site recruitment team
End-to-End Recruitment & Temporary Workforce Program Management - Oversee full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, technical, quality, and professional roles but also for contingent roles (Temporary workers)
- Ensure efficient, compliant, and candidate-centric hiring processes from requisition to onboarding.
- Manage high-volume recruitment needs while maintaining quality and time-to-hire targets.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on role definition, selection, and interviewing best practices.
- Challenge and influence stakeholders when needed to ensure effective and inclusive hiring decisions.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines- Strengthen the employer brand locally in locally
- Build sustainable talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, university partnerships, vocational schools, and local networks.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and local talent initiatives.
Compliance, Process & Data- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor law, GDPR, and internal policies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity indicators) and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to regional or global TA projects, process optimization, and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Experience- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant experience in manufacturing, industrial, or life science environments.
- Proven experience managing site-based or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the local labor market and employment legislation.
- Experience partnering closely with senior leaders and operational managers.
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous people & site leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven recruitment methods (workday)
