Team Overview
The Global Talent Acquisition team partners closely with business and commercial leadership to attract, engage, and hire high impact sales talent that drives TransUnion's growth strategy. This team plays a critical role in ensuring we build inclusive, high performing teams that support TransUnion's mission to make trust possible across the enterprise. This role reports to a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

This role exists to deliver strong hiring outcomes while also advancing recruiting programs and initiatives that improve how TransUnion attracts and hires early career talent. You will balance full-cycle recruiting execution with broader program ownership and strategic influence across the business.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs across a variety of roles and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and requisition closure within defined SLAs.
  • Lead and support recruiting programs, projects, and initiatives that improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and overall talent outcomes.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Use market research, sourcing strategies, and outreach messaging to engage passive candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and effective process management.
  • Advise hiring managers and interview teams on best practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive enterprise talent initiatives and improve recruiting outcomes across the organization.
  • Participation in conferences, career fairs, and university events.
  • Partnership with recruitment programs on event strategy and execution.
  • Ensure inclusive candidate slates by embedding inclusive recruiting practices into every search.


Required Knowledge and Experiences
  • Full-cycle recruiting expertise (5-7 years): Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes and driving consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • Sourcing and talent market knowledge: Ability to identify and engage passive talent through market research, Boolean search strategies, and targeted outreach, enabling stronger pipeline development.
  • Stakeholder and business partnership: Experience influencing hiring managers and business leaders using data, market insights, and recruiting expertise to shape hiring strategies and decisions.
  • Candidate engagement and assessment: Ability to effectively evaluate talent and guide candidates through the process while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Program and process improvement mindset: Experience contributing to or leading initiatives that improve recruiting processes, efficiency, or outcomes.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for Financial Services, FinTech, adtech/martech, or SAAS.
  • Familiarity with sales commission and compensation structures.


Required Technical Skills
  • Boolean search and sourcing techniques: Proficiency in designing and executing advanced search strings to identify and engage passive talent pools.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Experience using platforms such as Workday (Workday Recruiting) to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
  • Recruiting tools and event platforms: Familiarity with solutions such as Yello (talent engagement/event platform) to support sourcing and recruiting initiatives.
  • Data and reporting tools: Ability to leverage recruiting data to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
