The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt-level (non hourly) corporate roles. This role is well suited for individuals later in their recruiting career (approximately 5-15 years of experience) who are looking to grow their impact, strengthen stakeholder partnership skills, and operate in a data driven, enterprise environment.
How You Will Contribute:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles, from intake, market insights, sourcing and offer, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our mission and culture.
- Partner closely with OpCo hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions that exceed expectations.
- Provide market insights related to candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines to support informed decision‑making
- Track recruiting performance against defined metrics such as requisition load, time‑to‑fill, and pipeline conversion, operating effectively in a high‑volume, process‑driven environment
- Accurately and efficiently manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system, keeping detailed notes, maintaining momentum, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Coordinate and execute selection processes, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling, driving a seamless, efficient hiring process.
- Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms, utilizing all your available resources to find the best talent, in the fastest time, without sacrificing quality.

- Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or role-related experience
- Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles
- Experience large organization (10,000+ employees)
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS (or similar) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold and Oracle.
