Full Job Description
Job Summary:

This position will play a key role in attracting and finding excellent talent for our organization. This includes sourcing, identifying, screening, hiring, and onboarding new employees for operations roles within our Carlisle manufacturing sites, including a blend of exempt and non-exempt roles throughout the company. Focus on Canadian recruitment.

Responsibilities:
  • Sources candidates, both active and passive, through recruitment activities such as job postings,
    online channels, social media engagement, and local marketing.
  • Partners with Managers and Human Resources to understand and provide input into the overall
    hiring strategy to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
  • Creates compelling and inclusive job ads to attract desired talent.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential talent. This will
    include identifying target schools and talent communities, building relationships within the
    community, ensuring a strong CWT brand within the community, coordinating, and scheduling
    school visits, and attending career fairs/events.
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience,
    while continuing to identify ways to improve the overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate data in the companies Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Metrics and report writing as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other
    related fields. Extensive experience in recruiting will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or agency recruiting, preferrably high volume recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting within a manufacturing industry highly preferred
  • Proficient with the use of standard job boards, ATS and social media for the purpose of attracting and sourcing talent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Possible travel up to 10% annually.
