The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of functions. You'll help attract, engage, and hire top talent while continuously improving our recruiting processes and employer brand.

What You'll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles across multiple departments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional talent.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
  • Guide hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR and People Operations teams on onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Proven ability to recruit across a variety of functions and levels.

COMPENSATION

Base Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 Annually
  • Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skills and/or location
