Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. is seeking a Professional or Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst to join the Global Talent Acquisition team within the Global Talent, Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) organization. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including experienced and senior analysts to find the best fit for the position. 

In this role you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing talent acquisition strategies, processes, tools/technology and practices globally. This includes building relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, conducting market research, and analyzing talent acquisition metrics to identify trends, best practices and data-driven insights to help influence decisions. 

The ideal candidate possesses experience in full lifecycle recruiting and has utilized an applicant tracking system (ATS). This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, as well as providing training and support on talent acquisition tools and processes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve gaps in talent acquisition systems and processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience

  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate performance, and ensure effective use of recruiting tools and technologies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent acquisition initiatives and ensure compliance with global labor laws

  • Develop and deliver training and support materials to enable effective use of TA systems and processes

  • Analyze talent acquisition data to provide insights that drive continuous improvement and data-driven decisions

  • Handle confidential data with discretion, maintaining privacy and security standards

  • Lead or support projects by defining scope, managing risks, and working with stakeholders to implement improvements

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting, advising, and recommending system and process enhancements

  • Design and interpret reports and dashboards to guide operational planning and decision-making

  • Drive change management efforts, communicating impacts and fostering adoption of new TA systems and processes

  • Apply critical thinking to solve complex issues and align solutions with business objectives.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and leverage technology and automation to optimize talent acquisition practices

  • Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication and streamlined coordination

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate may be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes

  • 3+ years of experience with recruiting analytics, dashboards and KPIs

  • Experience leading and executing large-scale recruiting projects

  • Experience developing and delivering training on Boeing recruiting processes

  • Experience working in Workday Recruiter

  • Must be legally able to work in Canada

  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods

  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with data confidentiality and privacy regulations

  • Experience leveraging 3rd party recruiting tools in day-to-day work

  • Experience working with cross-functional internal teams to achieve results

  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors (preferably vendors representing talent acquisition tools and technology)

Additional Information:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada.  Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

British Columbia:

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $93,100 -$119,900

Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $105,000-136,400

Ontario/Manitoba:

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $86,000 -$110,900

Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $98,000-126,500
