About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across multiple functions and business units throughout North America. This role combines full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, talent market insights, and strong stakeholderpartnershipto help Envista attract and hire exceptional talent.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. You will manage searches from intake through offer acceptance while building talent pipelines andidentifyingcreative ways to attract top talent in a competitive market.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys both sourcing and relationship-building, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.
What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and managerial positions across the United States and Canada.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Lead intake meetings andestablishclear hiring plans, timelines, and candidate profiles.
Conduct candidate screening, structured interviews, and assessment discussions to evaluate qualifications and overallfit.
Facilitate interview processes and partner with hiring teams to drivetimelyhiring decisions.
Manageofferdevelopment, candidate negotiations, and offeracceptance activities.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, talent communities, and direct outreach.
Identifyand engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Build andmaintaincandidate pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles.
Utilize market research and talent mapping techniques toidentifytalent pools and competitor targets.
Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership
Serve as a trusted recruiting partner tohiringmanagers and HR Business Partners.
Provide guidance on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.
Establish strong working relationships across business functions and operating companies.
Ensurea positiveand professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement
Use recruiting metrics and data toidentifyopportunities for improved hiring outcomes.
Share market insights and recruiting trends with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced recruiting team members whenappropriate.

Job Requirements:
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience within corporate recruiting, staffing, search, or agency environments.
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through offer acceptance.
Strong sourcing capabilities withdemonstratedsuccess identifyingand engaging passive candidates.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Ability to recruit across multiple functions, levels, and business groups.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and recruiting best practices. Canadian recruiting experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
