Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the organization's human resources recruiting and selection strategies based on business needs, current and future.

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement recruitment strategies to deliver a qualified and diverse slate of candidates and prospective employees.       

  • Develop and establish effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates and influence hiring decisions.

  • Familiarize with the tenets of OFCCP and government laws and regulations pertaining to the recruitment and hiring process and be knowledgeable of the company’s compensation program, philosophy, and management.     •

  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation, and closing of candidates.

  • Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques such as Internet job boards, search engines, social media sites, cold calling targeted candidates and companies, networking through professional associations, user groups, and list servs, employee/candidate referrals and alumni, along with internal mobility.

  • Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies, including leveraging AI, to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent.

  • Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process and promote effective and efficient hiring practices using consultative skills to influence all levels of internal stakeholders.

  • Track and record recruiting activities in accordance with CACI business processes and DoL/OFCCP regulations; prepare reports to business leaders as required/requested.

  • Represent CACI and its values in all interactions with potential internal and external candidates, including supporting job fairs/hiring events.

  • Hybrid work environment: 1-5 days a month in Reston, VA Headquarters.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

  • Ability to create scalable recruiting strategies and cultivate an online presence for purposes of attracting talent.

  • Proficiency using effective sourcing and research methodologies, including AI-driven tools.

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment.

  • General understanding of HR practices and DoL/OFCCP Federal compliance.

  • Prior experience with Workday Recruiting, or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Well-developed assessment, negotiation, collaboration, and consultation skills.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and analytic skills, along with an ability to prioritize workload.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot, etc.).


Desired:

  • Prior agency recruitment background.

  • Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top-tier professionals with high-level security clearances within the Department of Defense and Intelligence community.

  • Notable achievements in harnessing AI for talent identification, sourcing, and assessment.

  • Proficiency in utilizing Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
