Tagetik Developer
Location : Plano (Hybrid)

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in enterprise finance transformation or EPM projects.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern development practices.
We are seeking an experienced Developer with strong expertise in Tagetik to support the design, development, customization, and integration of enterprise performance management and financial planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Tagetik-based solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
Configure and customize Tagetik applications based on business requirements. Develop and support integrations between Tagetik and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Tagetik.
Experience in application development using Java, Angular, and/or .NET technologies.
Knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and performance management processes.
Experience with database technologies and system integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in enterprise finance transformation or EPM projects.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern development practices.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications, guides other developers and assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering
1. Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.
2. Code, debug, test, document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.
3. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
4. Optimize efficiency, cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
5. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
6. Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation
7. Assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions
