Job Description:

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Tactical All Source Threat Intelligence Analyst 2 at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career.

This is a 5-year federal contract and requires the ability to work a 24/7/365 operational shift schedule to support this customer’s mission.

***Candidates MUST be open to working 8 pm to 6 am, on either a 4 day Wednesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Wednesday schedule. ***

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
● Apply and train junior personnel in both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with TSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines. 

● Demonstrate knowledge and applications of management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure. 

● Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information and train more junior Intelligence Analysts in the same. 

● Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC Unit Operations; train more junior staff in related best practices.  

● Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed including training and quality assurance of more junior staff. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Security clearance level: Applicants must possess a current (in-scope) Top Secret security clearance or higher. Only individuals who meet this requirement can be considered for this position. 
● US citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
