Regional Clinical Manager, Washington

Full-time, 12-month | $125,000-$145,000, W-2

The role

You'll lead Thrive's Washington team: about 20 school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, PTs, an SLPA, and mental health clinicians serving schools across the Seattle region. You'll hire, manage, and develop them, and you'll be the main contact for our school partners.

This is a people-leadership role. You'll set expectations, coach, give direct feedback, and hold people accountable for results.

You'll report to our Chief Clinical Officer and work closely with the Partnership Team.

What you'll do

Lead the team

  • Manage performance for every clinician in the region: set goals, coach them, run reviews, and address problems early and directly
  • Onboard new clinicians so they know our standards, systems, and schools from day one
  • Be the first person clinicians call with a question, and answer them quickly
  • Build a team culture of clinical excellence, reliability, and care

Run the region

  • Give every school a clear roster and on-campus schedule, including which students are seen and when
  • Keep services on track: IEP minutes delivered, make-up sessions scheduled, documentation current
  • Make sure the team uses Thrive Clinical, our documentation platform, fully and consistently
  • Handle staffing coverage and work with our talent team to hire

Partner with schools

  • Serve as the main contact for district and school leaders
  • Spot problems before schools do and solve them
  • Represent Thrive with the professionalism of a healthcare organization
What you bring
  • Washington ESA certificate in school psychology, active or eligible
  • 5+ years as a school psychologist
  • 2+ years managing people, including performance reviews, coaching, and addressing underperformance. Clinical supervision alone isn't enough.
  • Experience working with, or leading, a multidisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT, mental health)
  • Solid knowledge of IDEA, IEP compliance, and special education operations
  • Clear, direct communication with clinicians and district leaders
  • Comfort with technology and data
  • Willingness to travel across the region, including Bremerton

Preferred: NCSP, experience in Washington districts, and experience at a growing organization

What we offer
  • $125,000-$145,000, W-2, 12-month salary
  • Full benefits and 401(k) match
  • Paid CEUs
  • $10,000 sign on Bonus
  • A seat on a leadership team building our Washington practice
