The Opportunity:
This position is for a Systems Test Engineer in either Aurora, CO. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. In addition to growing your skills as a Systems Test Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in other disciplines at CACI that offer you opportunities to develop new skills in areas across the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams
• Performing requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc.
• Decomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions
• Supporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities
• Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards
• Developing test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell off events
• Conducting testing events of software solutions and generating Test result documentation
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 5 years in systems engineering with a focus on test engineering
• Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environment
• Ability to develop requirements
• Ability to develop test procedures that verify requirements
• Ability to develop traceability between requirements, code, and verification
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Desired:
• Current IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP)
• Experience with using automated tests to sell off formal requirement verification
• Experience with government Site Acceptance process and procedures
• Experience in working with software-defined interfaces that use either XML or JSON to both document and implement
• Experience with SATCOM or GEOINT systems
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teams
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to balance technical requirements with business needs
• Familiarity with Cloud Architectures and deployment requirements for US DoD

• Experience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionality
• Experience with Cameo modeling tools

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$108,400 - 227,500 USDAbout CACI International
