  • Serve as the first point of contact for all NCRs encountered during Acceptance Test of flight model units
  • Implement and manage modifications, updates, and upgrades to the test system as production evolves
  • Troubleshoot electrical and test system issues in coordination with manufacturing, electrical, and systems engineering
  • Document test results and generate formal acceptance test reports
  • Support test readiness activities and ensure consistent, repeatable execution of production-line electrical tests
  • Provide a test engineering skill set transferable to other production product lines

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience developing and executing electrical test procedures
  • Familiarity with production-line testing, electrical acceptance testing, or system-level electrical verification
  • Ability to design or support test racks, harnessing, fixtures, and instrumentation
  • Strong troubleshooting capability with electrical systems and test equipment

  • Comfortable working in a production, lab, or test-floor environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability hardware
  • Experience with test automation or scripting tools (Python, LabVIEW, or similar)
  • Familiarity with requirements verification, NCR processes, and root-cause analysis
  • Prior work with acceptance testing of integrated electrical or panel-level systems

Benefits
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Retirement savings plan (401k)
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment

What We Offer
  • Direct involvement in building and testing flight hardware
