Job Description

What you’ll own

  • Assigns and monitors work of team providing technical and analytical support and direction. Interfaces with external clients or employees on technical matters as needed.

  • Provides leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.

  • Consults with management to analyze information technology needs and determine scope, objectives, and priorities of technical projects, technical systems capacity, budgeting requirements and IT acquisitions.

  • Escalation point of contact for production impacting incidents. Provide technical direction and escalation to other support groups as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Broad knowledge of information technology functions including information systems design and development, systems planning, programming, operations, architecture, data processing, data security, networks, systems support and analysis

  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, team-building and conflict and time management skills

  • Proven project management skills of multiple large and/or complex projects, i.e., projects involving many activities and deliverables or that have a major impact risk/value to the organization
