Lead the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of supply-chain-related systems and master data across the corporation, partnering closely with Refinery Supply Chain, Corporate Procurement, and functional stakeholders.

The focus is on operational excellence, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making - distinct from IT system administration.

  • Master Data Governance: Ensure accuracy, classification, and timely processing of Material and Service Master data; maintain consistent data standards and controls.
  • Technology & Reporting: Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve tracking, reporting, and visibility across materials, inventory, and distribution.
  • Purchasing & Inventory Management: Manage strategic and tactical purchasing, material planning, inventory control, warehousing, and receiving activities.
