This position is hybrid 3 days per week in our Cincinnati, OH office. This position is not eligible for remote work.

What you'll own as the Systems Manager
  • Leads 24/7 Technology Service Operations Core Settlement group, providing technical support for new products, production issues, and ongoing operations while ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and continuity planning
  • Provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight for teams and projects; assigns and monitors work, supports recruiting and development, and manages relationships with external clients, consultants, vendors, and service-level agreements as needed.
  • Leads and sponsors technology initiatives by translating business strategy and user needs into prioritized long-range plans, recommending solutions, and identifying future opportunities through research into emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Partners with management and business owners to define IT priorities, scope, capacity, and technical direction; provides recommendations based on client expectations, operational constraints, and performance considerations.
  • Develops financial forecasts and cost estimates for operating and capital needs, while establishing and monitoring IT standards, controls, compliance requirements, platform compatibility, data integrity, and security practices.


What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience, plus at least 7 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of principles, theories, practices and techniques for making activities related to planning, managing and implementing software projects and programs
  • Broad knowledge of practices, guidelines and procedures for planning, implementing and monitoring enterprise level information technology hardware and operating system infrastructures
  • Broad knowledge of basic IT technologies, i.e., operating systems, network devices, software development and architecture
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated sound business judgment, understanding of business purpose of each project and decision making within that context
