Qualifications

• Advanced degree with no prior experience, or bachelor's degree and 0-2+ years relevant experience, or equivalent experience
• Must possess Security+ certification for compliance with DoD 8570 standards.
• Active Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire.
• Capability to handle both software and hardware environments including Linux/UNIX and Windows.
• Knowledge of cyber compliance and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to AEHF System Database and related testbed tools.
• Administer systems including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of various operating systems.
• Manage and secure storage solutions like NetApp or other NAS/SAN systems.
• Ensure cyber-compliance through applying STIGs and managing patches and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate inventory through effective change and asset management practices.
• Provide operational support during business hours, with after-hours availability for critical issues.
• Lead discussions on technical best practices and mentor team members.
