Full Job Description
SAIC is seeking a Systems Integrator/Project Manager to work on an exciting program in McLean, VA, and support our customer in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with broad impact to the customer's mission. This role requires a strong problem solver to support the goals and needs of the customer and their mission partners within a constantly evolving technology landscape. The ideal candidate will provide support to senior personnel in planning and management activities. Specific aspects that need to be managed include onboarding, tasking, scheduling, travel, access, and reporting. You will assist with resource management, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of spending plans, and serve as a key support function for the customer's strategic review boards. The successful candidate will be an energetic strategic professional who can support fast-moving and wide-ranging projects and initiatives.

IMPORTANT NOTE:This position is for a contingent offer and is dependent upon a pending contract award. SAIC is currently pursuing this opportunity, and employment is contingent upon the successful award of the contract to SAIC and your ability to meet the required qualifications. Please note that the selected candidate must be available to begin work within 30 days of the contract award.

Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to be considered
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but commensurate experience can be substituted for the degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to provide expert technical and managerial guidance and direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements, development, and implementation of complex project and programs
  • Proven leadership experience in a complex or dynamic environment
  • Experience managing complex programs or operations and integrating diverse capabilities
  • Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage risk and respond to challenging situations
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with partners
  • Demonstrated experience with the IC
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Possess strong analytic, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent communications and customer services skills along with the ability to coordinate effectively within and external to the customer organization
  • CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required
