Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a highly skilled professional to support a mission-critical program. This role combines the responsibilities of a Business Analyst, System Integrator, and Project Coordinator, requiring strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and technical integration skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, be able to work in an agile environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet the program's strategic goals.

HOW THIS ROLE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Business Analysis

  • Gather and document as-is processes, policies, and practices from multiple stakeholders.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement or unmet requirements.
  • Translate customer and mission needs into actionable and detailed specifications and requirements.
  • Create presentations, workflows, and documents to clearly communicate proposed solutions and changes.

System Integration

  • Perform customer and stakeholder outreach to understand partner system capabilities to identify and document integration needs.
  • Collaborate with partner engineering teams to coordinate integration plans, timelines, milestones, technical requirements, etc.
  • Contribute to JIRA and other information radiators for the team.
  • Support system configuration, testing, and validation to meet operational objectives.

Project Coordinator

  • Plan and coordinate outreach and engagement sessions with stakeholders, end users, and clients.
  • Create presentations and artifacts to support outreach, engagements, and programmatic requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor project process from initiation through delivery.
  • Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project progress is made.
  • Identify programmatic and technical risks to the program, and work with teams to address and mitigate these risks.
  • Identifies and resolves impediments, in coordination with Scrum Masters, that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.
  • Motivates teams to perform and ensures team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, IT systems integration or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and relationships across internal and external customers and technical teams.

Required Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructures and system architectures.
  • Experience enabling data exchange between organizations.
  • Proficient in documenting business workflows, use cases, and technical solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop written communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with customer systems, processes, and mission requirements.

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
