Description

REQUIRED: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
LOCATION: Full-time onsite in Chantilly, VA

We are looking for a Systems Integrator who will lead agile development teams that design and refine data collection and exploitation workflows-turning complex user requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Experience needed

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
  • Working requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.
  • Leading agile development teams.
  • Working with diverse user bases with varying levels of comfort with data and technology; understanding user needs and tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user.
  • Guiding and training users in best practices in how to use enterprise technologies or applications.
  • Presenting, documenting, and maintaining instructions for using new technologies and data-driven workflows.
  • Decomposing user needs, drafting actionable requirements, and communicating requirements for technical solutions to development teams.


Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
  • Tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user, whether in one-to-one interactions or in larger, multi-user venues.; online and in-person.
  • Working in a high-performing team environment.
  • Working closely together to collaborate on, deploy to production, and maintain applications for the Sponsor.
