Full Job Description
Manages the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer Associate Manager for the Assembly Integration Test and Launch (AITL) organization. This position will support a new IRAD program as one of the Test Managers.
Basic Qualifications
3 BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or related experience
3 Experience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test including Electrical, Mechanical, Ordnance, and Environmental.
3 Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test.
3 US Citizenship required, ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
3 Experience Leading a Team through Testing
3 Experience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365.
3 Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.
3 Experience in communicating and briefing program management.
3 Test Engineer and/or Certified Test Conductor
3 Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment
3 Must have an Active Secret security clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

3 For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
