Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Next Generation Inteceptor Production Test Associate Manager is responsible for planning, writing, executing Production Acceptance Tests, performing additional duties in support of the production test manager, and performing management duties for those assigned to them.
Manages the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
Basic Qualifications- Progressive and broad experience in missile or aerospace testing of avionics, RF, and other electrical subsystems, with experience in a supervisory or lead role overseeing test planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in test planning and execution and technical documentation control (e.g., SMC-S-016, MIL-STDs, RCC-319/324, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering degree
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and interface effectively with senior program leadership
- Must possess a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills- Advanced knowledge of missile assembly processes, high-explosive safety, and weapons-system test procedures.
- Experience with full life cycle test engineering (i.e. initial contract award through launch and sustainment).
- Proficiency in Automation Framework.
- Current Lockheed Martin Certified Test Conductor (CTC), CTC OJT, or industry equivalent.
- Strong project-management capabilities, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and milestone tracking.
- Ability to interpret and enforce technical standards.
- Ability to interpret and utilize electrical schematics.
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, fostering team cohesion and high-performance work environments.
- Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills for collaborating with program IMS, senior leadership, and external partners.
- Broad experience across tested subsystems such as RF, GNC, Harnessing, Propulsion, Flight Termination, etc.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data-integrity requirements for manufacturing and test documentation.
- Experience with the Next Generation Interceptor program
- Experience with the Missile Defense Agency customer
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
