JOB SUMMARY: The Systems Estimating Supervisor will support estimating teams across ATS while helping improve consistency, training, tools, and estimating processes company-wide. This individual will work closely with estimators, operations leaders, sales teams, and software developers to improve estimating quality, efficiency, and scalability. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform and support DDC, PLC, equipment, low voltage, and performance contracting estimating activities
- Review estimates & proposals for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Assist with estimator development, onboarding, and technical training
- Support estimating standards and best practices across multiple teams
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering leadership
- Test and provide feedback on ATS estimating software tools
- Assist with rollout and evaluation of new software and AI-driven estimating features
- Help improve estimating workflows, templates, and internal processes
- Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Experience with building automation systems or system integration required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position is primarily an in-office role, with some flexibility as needed based on business and team requirements. The role involves extended periods of working at a desk or computer, including frequent typing and use of a mouse and keyboard. Occasional travel may be required depending on project or team needs. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Annual base salary ranges from $95,000 - 115,000 depending on experience

- The position can be based out of our Renton, Spokane, Boise, or Centennial offices.
- Initial travel required to spend time with estimating and operations teams across ATS offices
- Ongoing travel expected on an occasional basis for training, collaboration, and team support
- Minimum 3 years of estimating or controls design experience
