Job DescriptionAs a
Systems Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be part of a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex Integrated Avionics systems within Honeywell Aerospace Electronic Solutions. In this role, you will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll be involved in every aspect of the system's life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.
Primary focus will be supporting the Gulfstream with identified issues and issue resolution. Support development and integration of Displays and Touch Screen Controller systems engineer within the Integrated Flight Deck Systems Center of Excellence (IFS COE) located in Phoenix, Arizona. Active participant in Integration of our systems throughout the development and testing of various changes to the Integrated Avionics systems.
You will report directly to our Director Engineering and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ (Deer Valley) location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 2+ years' experience in Aerospace or Systems engineering

- Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
- Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
- Leading diverse and global team
- Experience in Displays and/or Touch Screen Controllers.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
- Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
- Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
- Some engineering experience within the systems domain
