Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to help drive our systems engineering-based business model and engage as we refine our designs/analyses on critical weapon systems. Our ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in understanding diagrams in C++ and/or Java, familiar with Jira/Confluence, and excellent with managing data and information.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities- Key Responsibilities
- Manage system requirements from allocation through verification.
- Maintain requirements traceability.
- Lead SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and FRR preparation.
- Establish and manage configuration control boards.
- Maintain released technical baselines.
- Control drawings, specifications, and ICDs.
- Coordinate engineering change proposals.
- Support risk and opportunity management.
Skills and Qualifications- BS in Engineering.
- 8+ years of systems engineering experience.
- Experience with missile, hypersonic, aviation, or space programs.
- Familiarity with MBSE tools.
- Experience leading technical reviews.
- Secret Clearance preferred.
