Job DescriptionYou will be the Systems Engineer, Integration and Test Sr for the F-35 Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team which is responsible for delivering technical infrastructure support that enables hardware and software integration in a lab environment.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Systems Engineer, Integration and Test Sr you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and rigorous testing of F-35 components to support mission-critical test execution.
Your responsibilities will include:- Design, configure, and maintain test benches and simulation environments for hardware-software integration.
- Develop and execute test procedures, capture data, and analyze results to validate system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to troubleshoot integration issues and drive corrective actions.
- Document test configurations, results, and lessons learned in compliance with program standards.
- Support continuous improvement of test processes and tooling to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field, STEM discipline or 5+ relevant experience
• Experience with System Integration, Test and/or Verification
Desired skills• Familiar with Mission Systems Integration Labs (MSIL/MVDL)
• Familiar with Mission Systems Architectures
• Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).
• Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test.
• Experienced working with multiple LM Aero F-35 engineering teams (e.g., MS, VS, WPNs, Labs).
• Technical Experience/Background Experience with developing system
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems.
• Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems.

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
