Job Description

SAIC is seeking Senior Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in the rapid development, modernization, and integration of Intelligence and Security Enterprise capabilities to meet command requirements for executing Multi-Domain Intelligence and Cyber in support of Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development, Modernization, & Integration: Support the rapid development, enhancement, and integration of Intelligence and Cyberspace capabilities to meet immediate operational requirements; synchronized with the supported Commands and Army processes.
  • Gap Analysis & Requirements Management: Conduct comprehensive assessments of gap analyses, coordinate the development of solutions, and oversee the testing and deployment of new capabilities and systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with INSCOM customers and senior leadership and partner and vender systems / development to understand and translate customer objectives and requirements into actionable development plans from concept through field deployment.
  • System Definition & Implementation: Define and oversee the implementation of systems to support the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with operational goals and requirements.


Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Army Intelligence and Cyberspace programs.
  • Experience working with the Army, Joint, and National Intelligence community.
  • Experience with Intelligence, Electromagnetic Warfare, and Cyberspace platforms, capabilities, or technologies.
  • Experience in all-source intelligence, signals intelligence, or geospatial intelligence.
  • Knowledge and experience in program systems engineering, program management, or requirements development.
  • Experience with evaluating commercial and government hardware and software procurements and maintenance renewals.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, data architecture, data dissemination, and information security planning.
  • Experience with network engineering/operations.
  • Ability to work at both the conceptual level and with program leads, customers, and internal teams to ensure the successful development, integration, and deployment of systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with senior leadership and external customers.


Clearance:

Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI Poly.
