This is an onsite OR remote role based in Redmond WA, Green Valley, AZ OR Remote in USAAbout the role you're considering This Systems Engineer role focuses on the development, integration, and certification of RF-based surveillance and formation positioning systems within an aerospace environment. The position is responsible for defining and managing system requirements, maintaining requirements traceability, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the system lifecycle. The engineer will collaborate closely with software and hardware teams, support system-level testing and integration activities, and develop key certification and systems engineering artifacts such as SSA, FHA, SRTM, MOPS, and TSO deviation documentation. Additionally, the role involves interfacing with FAA representatives, customers, and certification authorities to support airworthiness and program objectives.
Your role - Define and manage system requirements

Your skills and experience - Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Experience with lab/test environments
- Experience with RFIO
- Exposure to system-level testing and integration
- Understanding of certification frameworks
- Requirements definition and traceability
- Exposure to ARP4754 process
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911.00 - $161,544.00
