Full Job Description
Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Systems Engineer (R1-R3) to design, develop, and maintain Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software applications. Provide support for MES Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) and ancillary electronic tickets for drug product manufacturing lines. Ensure MES functionality aligns with procedures and training. Drive MES roadmaps, incorporating digital plant initiatives such as wearables, handhelds, advanced analytics, AI, and evolving expectations for quality, safety, and information security. Provide escalated support and continuous improvement of MES system architecture (including platform, software, interfaces, and client virtualization tools) and EBRs to maintain 24x7 system availability. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field and 2 years of experience with managing MES software systems. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with designing and developing software specifications for new products, services, applications, and service offerings; 2 years of experience with validating computer systems; 2 years of experience with leveraging cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure; and 2 years of experience with identifying technical risks that could impact MES system functionality or security. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$71,531.00 - $105,060.00 per year
