Job DescriptionYou will be the Systems Engineer Project Lead Sr Stf for the Simulation & System Labs (SSL) organization which is responsible for delivering high fidelity simulation and HITL test products.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Systems Engineer Project Lead Sr Stf you will be responsible for leading the development of system integration laboratory products within a program portfolio, driving technical solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with program management, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:- Define project scope, objectives, and deliveries.
- Lead and manage focus teams on the design, development, and delivery of high-fidelity simulation/HITL test products.
- Coordinate and status team tasking.
- Identify and report technical issues.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cost targets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline
• Experience Defining and Using Metrics to Drive Performance
• Experience leading proposals and/or developing basis of estimates (BOEs)
• Project Management experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, Project, Visio, JIRA and/or Tableau
Desired skills• Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering
• Direct experience with lab build up, maintenance, update and operations for advanced fighter aircraft
• Strong analytical and business acumen; skilled at interpreting technical data and creating actionable plans
• Government Customer Presentation and Relationship Experience
• Experience driving Performance with Cross-Functional Teams
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Experience with government contract execution, technical reporting
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or Control Account Management (CAM) experience

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
