Full Job Description
Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Systems Engineer (P2-P4) to develop and implement AI-enabled solutions for patient support systems. Guide AI solution design and delivery, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements. Utilize cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), to deliver secure solutions. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or a closely related STEM field, and 1 year of experience with leading AI- or ML-enabled solutions from concept through launch. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with translating business requirements into technical deliverables; 1 year of experience with ML frameworks (including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn) and data manipulation libraries (including Pandas and NumPy); and 1 year of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Part-time telecommuting permitted. Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$112,507.00 - $129,383.05 per year

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
