QualificationsYou Have:- Experience with data flow, Apache NiFi, or mission systems
- Experience defining and applying data tagging and handling requirements
- Experience analyzing and defining data schemas and data processing requirements
- Experience developing capability level and functional requirements, mission scenarios, use cases, or business processes
- Knowledge of data governance concepts, such as data provenance, classification, sizing, retention, data sharing, and marking
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a System Engineering or related field and 14+ years of experience with systems engineering, or 19+ years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have: - Experience defining requirements, architecture, or design elements for systems or software that deal with data exchange, interfaces, or APIs
- Experience defining and modeling business processes and workflows and identifying mechanisms and approaches for process improvement or automation
- Knowledge of signals intelligence (SIGINT) or cyber data discovery and analysis methods
- Knowledge of cross-domain technologies, concepts, or policies
- Knowledge of DoD agency policies and directives as they apply to IT SIGINT collection, dataflow, and information sharing with internal and external partners
- Knowledge of DoD or IC data formats and legal authorities for mission data
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance with a polygraph is required.
Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84.14 to $96.16 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch's total compensation package for employees.
