Job Description
You will be the Systems Engineer for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) which is responsible for pioneering cutting-edge aircraft concepts.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer you will be responsible for translating complex requirements into robust system architectures, driving Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices, and delivering high-quality artifacts that enable rapid development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, designing and maintaining system architecture models using Cameo MBSE tools.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate multidisciplinary requirements.
- Engaging senior leadership with clear, concise technical briefings and status updates.
- Managing multiple, concurrent assignments while meeting strict timelines.
- Supporting teammates proactively, stepping in wherever needed to ensure mission success.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Engineering discipline: Aerospace, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems or related STEM discipline.
Cameo experience.
Communicate effectively within an agile team environment.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Desired skills
Understanding of Systems Engineering principles: Systems Engineering V, Systems Decomposition, Requirements, Verification, etc.
Experience utilizing Teamwork Cloud
Understanding of MBSE Languages and Frameworks: SysML, DoDAF, UAF
Business Process Mapping experience
Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology
Engineering analytical and problem solving skills
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,400 - $129,260. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Premium Pay Statement
