Primary responsibilities:
Research, author, and edit fault-isolation procedures and diagnostic documentation.
Develop, test, and refine diagnostic algorithms (fault detection, health indices, trend monitoring).
Perform data-driven analysis of aircraft performance, maintenance, and failure data to propose improvements to diagnostic logic and health-monitoring strategies.
Collect product specifications, verify configuration baselines, and validate support requirements for diagnostic systems.
Produce clear, process-oriented technical documentation (manuals, SOPs, engineering reports) for internal and external customers.
Support the creation of inputs for Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and quotes related to DHM capabilities.
