As an engineer on an Agile Scrum Team, you will have the opportunity to rapidly develop and deploy solutions for a complex space system following core engineering principles, ultimately enabling the delivery of fully functioning mission capability to end users securely and continuously. Basic Qualifications • Recent on-program Systems Engineering experience (e.g., requirements development, systems test planning/execution, requirements analysis and verification, integration, etc.) • Demonstrated experience with applying systems engineering principles, concepts, and methods • Demonstrated experience with system integration, verification, and validation • Experience working on large-scale, agile software projects with multiple teams and stakeholders • No clearance needed to start but must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,400 - $129,260.
