Job Description & Skill Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Requirements, Test Cases, System Verification, and interfacing with customers and other domains involved in Avionics solutions.
  • Serve as the Systems Integrator on the program, integrating all systems and software that are part of the company's Avionics solution.
  • Interface with customers to capture subsystem design details and allocate requirements to the broader Systems teams and subsystem.
  • Capture requirements for the Avionics solution being developed.
  • Develop test cases and procedures to test the system and address customer questions.
  • Coordinate domain development activities to ensure the correct scope is being developed and schedules are met.
  • Control the conformity of the Systems Integration Facility.
Required Experience:
  • Experience with Systems Engineering.
  • Own the definition, execution, review, documentation, disposition, and closure of findings.
  • Knowledge of the System Certification Process.
  • Experience with Systems Architecture and Design and updating Polarion documents based on work package scope detailed in Jira.
  • Experience with requirements-based software tools such as Polarion and DOORS.
  • Experience executing systems engineering activities per ARP4754A/B and DO-178B/C guidelines.
  • Experience working on at least one complex engineering program.
  • Experience with Configuration Management tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Qualification:
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
