What YOU will do:

  • YOU will work closely with a highly motivated and dedicated teamof professionals and other internal/external stakeholders while executingmodel basedsystemsengineering development activities forstrategicprograms.

  • YOU willparticipatein the systems development lifecycle,developing typical systems artifacts that includetradestudies, system design, requirements definition, requirements allocation, requirement traceability,ICD creation,systems integration, verificationtestingand qualification.

  • YOU willparticipatein Agile team ceremonies,Agile sprint reviews, user storyrefinementand end of sprint product demos.

  • Provide direct support to stakeholdersby addressing technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

QualificationsYouMustHave:

  • Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment and being part of highly integrated Agile teams working closely with multiple engineering development teams (SW, HW, Cyber, Sys).​

  • Demonstrated understanding offundamental systems engineeringdeliverables,such asrequirements specifications, interface control documents, and verification matrices.

  • Experience defining system requirements and collaborating with software and hardware teams to ensure successful integration, performance, and alignment with overall system architecture.

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret clearance is required.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

QualificationsWePrefer:

  • Experience in designing and developing distributed computing environmentsutilizingindustry-standard protocols and communication standards, including general-purpose processing, switching, and local area networks (LANs).

  • Experience with MIL-STD hardened environments, ensuring compliance with military specifications for ruggedness, durability, and security.

  • Experience in systems engineering to include capturing customer requirements, operations concept development,orderiving and tracing system and sub-system requirements.

  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts and tools such as Magic Draw Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or similar resources usingSysML.

  • Recent and relevant experience with the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements capture, decomposition, system design, integration, verification, and validation.
