Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage system models through
Cameo Systems Modeler and Simulink.
• Define and enhance system requirements using
MBSE methodologies.• Prototype and engineer system solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive subsystem and system testing.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot challenges.
• Participate in design evaluations and technical gatherings.
• Engage with diverse teams to ensure seamless system synergy.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
• Possess extensive proficiency in
Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Bring over 4 years of hands-on experience in
model-based systems engineering.
• Demonstrate expertise in unmanned systems, aircraft, and/or munitions.
• Capability to lead and guide junior staff in an inclusive manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Practical hands-on experience preferred (e.g., design/build/fly, RC aircraft, pilot).

Pay Range by level:
Level II - $104,000 - $126,000
Level III - $126,000 - $159,000
