About the Position
Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Administer Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and email services.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers, and other IT equipment.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and securing technology resources.
Monitor, maintain, and document IT systems, network infrastructure, and technology assets.
Coordinate with managed service providers and technology vendors to resolve complex issues and support ongoing projects.
Implement and maintain security best practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, encryption, and access controls.
Partner with HR, Compliance, and Operations to support HIPAA compliance, security initiatives, and technology improvements.
Provide user training, technical guidance, and documentation to support employees across the organization.
Assist with IT planning, budgeting, hardware refreshes, and future technology initiatives.
What We're Looking For
