Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you will be coordinating with product teams, development teams, and software quality assurance teams to ensure alignment with test objectives, ensuring SI&T labs are capable and ready to accept all software builds, hardware deliveries, and modification changes for ongoing testing needs, generating comprehensive test reports, summarizing test execution status, key findings, defects identified, and overall product quality assessment that gets reported to senior leadership. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of systems integration and interfacing with multiple domain teams. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering or in related a STEM field Technical planning Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,200 - $106,030. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
