Job DescriptionYou will be the Systems Engineer Associate Manager for the Integration and Test team (ADI&T) which is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing testing on a software-intensive systems. The team is also responsible for integration of new capabilities into the lab environment.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Systems Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading system-test planning and execution for vehicle and mission system capabilities, while guiding a multidisciplinary Agile team from concept to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead systems test planning and execution for software-intensive vehicle and mission systems.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional Agile team delivering end-to-end capabilities.
- Collaborate with software developers and subject-matter experts to diagnose, troubleshoot, and support program goals.
- Champion continuous integration and testing innovations to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Ensure thorough verification and validation of integrated system solutions.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
